Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order contents, destination, and the shipping methods available for your address.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some items may require additional processing time if they are made to order, in which case the expected timeframe will be noted on the product page.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping typically takes 4-8 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, we will email tracking information to the address used at checkout.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@richinroots.com and we will be glad to help review tracking and next steps.

Shipping Delays

We make every effort to ship orders within the processing and shipping timeframes stated on our website.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, or within 30 days if no timeframe was stated, we will notify you of the delay and provide a revised estimated shipping date.

You may choose to accept the new shipping timeframe or cancel your order for a full refund before the order ships.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@richinroots.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for health, safety, and sanitary reasons, most sales are final once an order has shipped, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be reviewed for return eligibility within 30 days of delivery on a case-by-case basis. Return approval is not guaranteed.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the condition of the item and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Rich in Roots.
