Rich In Roots accepts secure online payments through Shopify's hosted checkout and approved payment processors. Available payment methods may include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment options shown at checkout.

Accepted payment methods may vary depending on your location, device, browser, and the payment options enabled at the time of checkout. The payment methods shown during checkout are the available options for your order.

Secure Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Shopify and/or Shopify's authorized payment service providers. Rich In Roots does not directly store your full credit card, debit card, or bank account information.

Payment information is encrypted and handled through secure checkout technology. Please do not send payment information by email, text message, social media, or any other unsecured communication method.

When Payment Is Charged

Your payment is charged when you complete your order through checkout. If your payment is declined, your order will not be completed.

Order Review

Rich In Roots reserves the right to review, hold, cancel, or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity, inaccurate billing information, inventory issues, pricing errors, or violation of our store policies.

If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify and/or the original payment processor.

Billing Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be verified or if billing details do not match the payment method used.

Currency

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other charges. Rich In Roots is not responsible for these third-party fees.

Taxes and Fees

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other checkout fees will be calculated and displayed before you complete your order. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

Refunds
